Depois de um trajeto repleto de sucessos com os Amor Electro ou Donna Maria, Marisa Liz lança-se pela primeira vez a solo. Em “Girassóis e Tempestades”, o seu primeiro álbum, dividiu o papel de produtora com o prestigiado artista, produtor e músico Moullinex.
Como o próprio título indica, “Girassóis e Tempestades” é um disco de ambivalências. Marisa Liz sempre se sentiu inquieta, entre girassóis e tempestades e entre tempestades e girassóis.
Assim são as canções que fazem parte deste disco: metade girassol, metade tempestade, metade luz, metade lua, metade dor, metade festa, metade razão, metade loucura.
Em “Girassóis e Tempestades”, Marisa Liz assume definitivamente o papel principal.
