O Conselho Europeu das Confrarias, através do seu Conselho de Magistrais, atribuiu o Prémio Aurum 2016-Europa Excelence Enogastronomic- European Traditional Industry ao Pão-de-Ló de Ovar.
A APPO – Associação de Produtores do Pão-de-Ló de Ovar congratula-se com o galardão e “felicita todo o Município de Ovar e todos os produtores do doce por esta tão alta distinção internacional”.
“Tendo em conta que a APPO sempre considerou o Pão de Ló como um património de Ovar, receberá o prémio o presidente da Câmara Municipal de Ovar, Salvador Malheiro, representando a APPO e todo o Município”, revelou Rui Catalão, presidente da direcção da APPO.
O prémio será entregue em Lisboa, no dia 5 de Novembro, numa Gala Internacional a decorrer no Casino Estoril.
